The Rylee Grace Foundation ("we," "us," or "our") is a California nonprofit public charity (EIN 93-3317465). We are committed to protecting the privacy of the families, donors, volunteers, and visitors who trust us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through ryleegrace.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request support, apply to volunteer, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about your family or a child in your care, including a child's first name, age, and treatment center. You choose what to share with us.
Donations. Donations are processed securely by our payment partner, Zeffy. Your payment card details are entered on and handled by Zeffy, and we do not collect or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect limited technical information such as your browser type, device, and the pages you visit, through standard web logs and privacy-conscious analytics, so we can keep the site working well.
How we use your information
We use the information you share to respond to your request and provide our programs, to process and acknowledge donations, to send updates and newsletters if you have opted in, to improve our website and programs, and to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as Zeffy for donation processing and Google Workspace for email and form handling, and only as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Information about a child is submitted by a parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver, and we use it only to consider and provide support for that child and family.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared by emailing [email protected].
