How do I nominate a warrior?
Use the Nominate a Warrior form on this page. Hospitals, oncology partners, and families can submit a child's first name, age, a contact, and a little about them. We keep the form simple and never ask for sensitive medical detail. We will follow up warmly and promptly.
How are warrior stories shared?
We present each child as a whole person: their favorites, their humor, their dreams, with a warm photo the family approves. Stories are skimmable and hopeful, never reduced to a medical label. The family decides how much, if any, treatment detail to include.
Do you need our consent before publishing a story?
Yes, always. No warrior story, photo, or name appears anywhere without written family approval of the exact text, every photo, and the placement. If consent is unclear or incomplete, the story stays private. We never assume permission.
Can we choose how our child is named or shown?
Absolutely. Families may share a first name only, initials, or a full name, whatever feels right. You also decide which photos we use and how much of your child's journey to include. Your comfort guides every choice.
Can we update or remove a story later?
Yes. Families can ask us to revise or take down a story at any time, no questions asked, and we act promptly. If a story has been shared on another page, the change carries everywhere it appears.
How does Forever In Our Hearts honor children who have passed?
It is a memorial, not a fundraising page. We celebrate each child's life with the family's blessing and in their own words. Any way to give is gentle, optional, and framed only as honoring a child's memory by helping another family. The child is always the focus.
