Ways to Give
The Rylee Grace Foundation is currently 100% and approved with the IRS under the 501c3 provisions and with the California Secretary of State. For 2024 and 2025 fiscal years, the operational expenses of the Foundation will be covered by the Clark Family. All board positions are non-paid and on a 100% voluntary basis. This will allow 100% of any cash donation made to the Foundation will be supporting families in need or of like donations the Foundation will provide with the Sutter and Rady’s Hospitals. As the Foundation grows and the need arises, the Board of Directors will assess the need of additional resources or potential employee positions to continue the work and growth of the foundation. At such time, all donors will be made aware and updated financials will be disclosed on any such operational cost changes.

Third-Party Events
If you own a business or just want to give back in your own way, consider hosting a third-party fundraising event and donating a portion of the proceeds to RGF. Bake sales, school fundraisers, trunk shows, charity nights at local businesses…it all makes a difference! It is our intent to inform all donors throughout the year how their donation was passed on through the Foundation to support a family in need. The donor will be notified either through email or letter of such support and the information detailing the monetary support will follow all HIPPA rules and regulations to protect the privacy of our supported families.
